Help with Mac OS X Server Profile Manager?

I've set up and configured Mac OS X Server (Version 4.0.3) and it's working well, I want to learn how to use Profile Manager; I've looked online for guides, tutorials and Youtube videos but the Youtube videos aren't that helpful as they're for a different version of Mac that I'm using (Yosemite 10.10.2), and the guides don't make much sense.

I've switched on the Profile Manger service but I'm not sure exactly what I should do next, is it to add the devices after logging into the Profile Manager panel? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
