I recently got my iPhone 6 and I just noticed it has like a blue plastic inside the edges of the phone. I would like to know if I can return it to get a new phone?

It appears that a protective plastic layer was not removed before the phone was assembled. If it were my phone, I'd take it back to the Apple store. Only they can tell you if they'll replace it...we are users like you and can only provide personal opinions (which don't help replace your phone).
