Huge display
Everything displayed on the screen is huge. Nothing responds. hard boot did not fix.

It sounds like your iPhone boots up to a zoomed-in image of your screen when you turn it on. This could be a sign that the Zoom feature is turned on. Learn a little bit about using your phone in Zoom mode, including how to turn it off, by taking a look at this article:
Turn Zoom on or off. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut. See Accessibility Shortcut.
Zoom in or out. With Zoom turned on, double-tap the screen with three fingers.
