i`ntel HD Graphics 3000

Hello,

I have a beginning of 2011 mac book with an intel HD Graphics 3000. Since i bought it i had sometimes some black screen for some seconds and some strange restart with also a black screen. Since some days I have this (see the attachment) and i want to know if it's the same problem or if my GPU is the model that was having a lot of issues cause normally they should replace it.
