movie not playing

Hi,

i'm not able to play a movie in itunes, nor with any other player.

the same situation is on iMac and Macbook, therefore i dont think, that this is related to performance topics.

i also tried to delete the whole movie, and then downloaded again, but the situation is the same on imac and macbook.

the movie is downloaded, i can switch to the chapters, but I only see one "frame" of the movie or lets say, a snap shot, but the movie itself is not running.

also vlc or on linux is not able to play the movie.

therefore, i think, there is something wrong with the movie itself.
