Remove Unknown Apple Id

I have a iphone 4s that needs its old apple id remove so I can give it to a new employee. Not having any success to remove the apple id associated with it. Please help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.2

That is Activation Lock.

No one here can help at all.

If you bring the iPhone to Apple with all of the document to prove ownership, they might be able to help you.

If the iPhone is business owned

then your Apple Business Team may be able to help ,other Business users have similarly had assistance from them
