Will enabling a disable iphone lose all the data?

I've recently disabled my iPhone 5c. When I enable it by restoring the phone will I lose all my data such as contacts and media?

Hello Chloepam,

If your iPhone was disabled, then you may need to restore it to get it back to life. When you do that, it does erase everything off of your iPhone. If you have a back up in iTunes or iCloud, you can bring that information back. Take a look at the article below to walk you through these steps to get your iPhone working again.
