Ringer volume not working

my ringer volume does not work on my iPhone 3. I have checked volume on settings and it is ok. Any solutions?

iPhone 3G, iOS 8.2

If you are not able to control the volume on your iPhone, try the following steps to address the issue:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
