my mac is sending packets constantly to panel61.mcstartup.net and i am not even playing minecraft

my internet conection slowed down extremly when connected to lan

so i checked my tcp dump file and found it was sending data constantly to panel61.mcstartup.net

what can i do to stop my mac from conecting to it or sending my data to it
