How can I reinstall iTunes?

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to reinstall iTunes. I recently got a new hard drive and wanted to get my music from my phone onto my computer. After I got it on I realized it was all in my cloud backup. All of my music can be downloaded from there, which I want to do. When I try to play the music already on my computer a message pops up that says the file cannot be located. If I play the few songs I have from the cloud it works. Is there any way I can reinstall iTunes, like it was a new iTunes? In order to get my music off the cloud.
