Importing csv Contact data for iCloud

Does anyone know how to import contact data from a csv file to iCloud?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.2

Contacts I assume?

Convert the .csv to a .vcf (vcard) then import it either to Contacts on your Mac or Contacts on iCloud.com
