Having Trouble Update projects and events from previous versions of iMovie that are stored on an external Hard Drive into iMovie 2014

What kind of trouble? If you read my post, and other's posts, about the "Update Projects and Events..." Menu item, you will find that numerous clips that had been "date and time adjusted" in the previous version of iMovie, and are visible in that version, simply are not visible in the iMovie 10 window.
