What is the Max Capacity in SSD for MacBook Pro Mid2012?

What is the Max Capacity in SSD for MacBook Pro Mid2012? In "MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) - Technical Specifications" says:

500GB 5400-rpm hard drive
Configurable options:

• 750GB 5400-rpm hard drive
• 128GB solid-state drive
• 256GB solid-state drive
• 512GB solid-state drive

But, in Technical Specifications documentation says too that max capacity in RAM is 8GB and I have 16GB installed.

I would like to install one Samsung EVO 850 1TB (SSD).
