Restoring an automatically deleted iphone backup from iCloud?

Is there any way to restore an automatically deleted iPhone backup from iCloud?

According to Apple’s Terms and Conditions “...if a device has not backed up to iCloud for 180 days or longer, Apple reserves the right to delete the backups associated with that device.”

For some time I have only been using iTunes and restoring backups from my Macbook Pro. However, now when I am in need of the older backup, that was in my iCloud, I found out that it was not there anymore. Can I somehow request restoration, in case the data is still kept somewhere for a limited time?
