missing music on iPhone becomes "other"

All started with a corrupt itl library. Finally got all of that sorted and the music back to iTunes. Now when I try to transfer music to my iPhone 6 (128GB 8.2) its good for about 80GB and then all but 10 of the albums "disappear" and become "other" on the storage bar. After syncing a few times the music mysteriously returns but all the album art on my phone is gone. I have even restored my iPhone and reinstalled iTunes. Can anyone help?

Hey there anorakman,

It sounds like you have your music is now synced to your phone, but your album art isn't showing up. Assuming you restored from a backup when you did the restore, I would next test it out by restoring it at a new device and trying again:

Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes
