re-start NOT in Target disk mode?

I have been starting up my G4 PowerBook, OS 10.4.11, in Target Disk Mode, to manually migrate data to a new Yosemite MacBook Pro. I need to start the PB back up, on its own, but it keeps booting in Target Mode. How can I get it to start up normally again?

Powerbook and Power PC G4, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Press the Option, Command, P, and R keys, and release them when the second chime sounds.
