Hi, my iMac is sluggish, freezing and not loading internet pages properly is there some sort of programme I should run to iron out these glitchs please help..

What exactly happens when you try to load web pages?
The pages load slowly, but the content and layout is all weird. Facebook won't load any timelines or messages either.. thanks
1. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
2. Select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
and confirm. Test.
