iphone cellular calls not working on mac

I recently updated my mac to the yosemite x 10.10.3 and since then the continuity isn't working.

My mac keeps giving me the error on my FaceTime that it needs to be signed in to the same account as the iCloud. I just have one account and its the same one that i am using.

I am able to check the option on my iPhone 6 but when i click the box on my mac I get the error and I have tried turning it on and off and signed out of the account and iCloud and still cannot figure out what is wrong.

For some odd reason the sms seems to work on my mac but not the call. I am not big on resetting my phone and i would really appreciate it if someone can suggest a fix.

I submitted a feedback on the feedback assistant and it seems Apple doesn't care about it much!
