Can't get out of the "Connect to ITunes screen"

I tried to install an update on my phone and it got an error (4013) and now I can't exit out of the connect to ITunes screen. Anyway I can get out of this? I've tried to shut it off, but it comes back, I've tried pressing the home and lock button for 10 seconds, but it just won't work
