I am unable to connect with any site using my iPad. "Safari could not connect because site is not responding"

Safari is not able to open because site is not responding.

I have an iPad 2nd generation .

Version ios 8.2.

capacity 12.5GB

available 4.5 gb.


I have tried turning the unit off then on. I have looked at settings but can't tell what to do there.

Thia all started when I updated the last ios version

iPad 2, iOS 8.2

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Enter your passcode.
