Tried to rent a movie from iTunes, not enough room, now can't delete it from queue.

After realizing I didn't have enough room on the iPad, I decided to download it to my Macbook. But the movie is still showing up in the Downloads queue on the iPad and Delete is grayed out. Movie shows "Waiting..." At this point I just want to delete it from the download queue, but it won't let me. What do I do?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Hi dajamcnu,

If you rented the movie on your iPad, you can't move it or subsequently download it to your MacBook. So, the first suggestion I would make is to free up space on your iPad so that the rental can download. Another option would be to contact the iTunes Store support to see if they can stop the download so that you can purchase the rental on your MacBook instead.

If you rented the movie on your iOS device or Apple TV, you can’t move it to any other device.
