active device ipad mini 3 in case i forgotten id and password

I had bought a ipad mini 3 with serie DLXN6HVQG5V1 at sysney airport,duty free, Australia (Info customer: Le Thi Bach Yen) and using at Vietnam, when i use it and register icloud account, after forgotten password and passcode disable. Now, i reset device and process reregister device then status device is active on. I want people support me to unlock my device. Thanh you very much.
