How do I add a webpage to my top sites in Yosemite?
imac, Mac OS X (10.6.6)
It's a little unintuitive. Bookmarks menu > Add Bookmark...
Top Sites will appear as a selection.

I'm having this problem too... I did exactly what you said and tried some other ways (which previously worked), and nothing happens. I get the option to 'add to Top Sites', click accept and the page isn't added. What do you think the problem might be?
