Hello jlenhoff,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you would like to know how to disable Private Browsing on your Mac running Yosemite. For more information on how to open a Private Browsing window or tab and how to close that window or tab, please refer to the attached article.
Safari 8 (Yosemite): Use Private Browsing windows
Have a great day,
Joe
Thanks Joe. You understood my question, but did not answer it. The link you posted only describes how to either use private browsing or simply close the window.
Safari does not use private browsing as default. You have to click and open the private browsing window
Hi jlenhoff,
I'm sorry that the information I posted doesn't answer your question. Closign the Private Browsing window or tab will close that Private Browsing session. If this is not the question you are asking, can you please explain further?
Cheers,
Joe
Ridiculous reply Joe. Don't "cheers" us with your coy BS answers.
