When it happened to me I ended up scheduling them to call me. I tried to get the mail multiple times, it wouldn't go through so I scheduled a phone call
check your Junk/SPAM folder for a "false positive" filtering of the Apple email. In my case, I would go to my YahooMail web page. This happens more often than one might think. - ÇÇÇ
BUt i dont have a yahoo. So were do i check?
