After I have repaired my External HD my files are missing

I have repaired my External HD on Mac OsX Yosemite and my files are not showing in my HD anymore. But when I check it, it has the same space as before I have repaired, like my files were there. How can I solve this problem and having access to those files?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Have you tried restarting the external drive and the computer?
