iTunes crashes when updating iTunes Match

iTunes automatically crashes once iTunes Match starts to deliver information to Apple. Upon contacting Apple Support I tried many troubleshooting steps.


  • Clear iTunes cache
  • Clear Settings
  • Deleted all iTunes data
  • Reauthorized Computer / Added Computer to iTunes Match
  • Software Update



If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
