Q: Comcast email unreliability...

Switched to Macbook Pro after years of being a windows guy.  After Yosemite upgrade the mail app is very unreliable with Comcast email...  Tried everything.  Reset and double checked IMAP settings...  Deleted and re-setup Comcast email a couple times but still it will work for 1/2 day then get the dreaded asterisk that says "can't connect".  Comcast  works fine on iPhone 5, and my iPad... Any ideas on what's up?
