i downloaded two key storage apps that now are making it impossible to unlock my programs

My computer keeps getting pop ups asking for my ID to open all my files etc. but when I put the password in is says I am wrong (yellow lock inside a box) . I downloaded 2 apps and maybe they interfered with one another??? I tried to remove all components and now trying to use system backup program to store my files, but need to reset computer...and sure would like the app money back.

Help???
