font size problem after 8.2

Some emails suddenly experience an un-commanded change in font size.

They become small to the point of being unreadable.

It does not happen with all email.

Stretching screen increases font size, but no wrapping.

Restarting mail does not fix

restating phone does not fix

Problem began shortly after updating to 8.2
