slow printing, filter failed

Hi, I have problem with slow printing in my company. Network printer on the server, mac 10.10.2, win2012R2. When printer has universal driver (on server), it work but is very slow (it spool one page from MAC to server, print it, spool another page, print......). When printer (on server) has driver (HP LJ 300-400 MFP m375-m475) only say filter failed

from error log:

D [31/Mar/2015:08:09:02 +0200] [Job 15] job id is 24...

D [31/Mar/2015:08:09:02 +0200] [Job 15] Sending print data...

D [31/Mar/2015:08:09:02 +0200] [Job 15] Set job-printer-state-message to "Sending print data...", current level=INFO

D [31/Mar/2015:08:09:02 +0200] [Job 15] Cleaning up printer-state-reasons...

when I setup (on server) "start printing after last page is spooled" mac say, that Print-Job successful-ok, but on server it only start loading in the queue and disappear.

in both case printer on mac has driver HP LJ 300-400 MFP m375-m475

When I tray JetDirec, or bonjour () it was very slow too.

Any idea how get normal speed of printing?

MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
