I Had a phone 4s and it stopped working and won't come on no more. When I charge it the apple sign just keeps coming up then goes away. It does that until I let it die again. my question is i had my photos back up to Icloud and it shows my old phone in Icloud settings with 3.2 GB On my new iPhone 6. How do you get the photos that was on the 4s from the icloud?

When you set up the new phone, you have the option to set it up as new (from scratch) or to restore it from a backup (as long as you have signed it on with the same Apple/iCloud ID that the backup was done under).
If you did not initially do that, you can restore the new device to Factory Settings (Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Content and Settings), and then select the backup when asked.
