Hardware virtualization Macbook pro OS x(10.9)

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if Macbook pro OS x Late 2011 supports Hardware virtualization ? If so how can i do that.


- Macbook pro osx late 2011

-intel(r) core(tm) i5-2435m cpu @ 2.40ghz


As per the below link the processor supports virtualization but when I run Intel Processor Identification utility it say "NO".

The better known methods include software such as Parallels, BootCamp,

and others that can be run a a partition in the computer, to boot other OS.


Information direct from Intel about a processor series may not be applicable

when firmware or other changes in purposed hardware are customized by

the final manufactured use of a technology with their ideas in mind...
