iPhone 6+ camera focus issue

I recently upgraded to iOS 8.2 only to discover that my back camera (flash side) no longer focuses while the front cam works fine. When tapping on the screen to get the camera to focus on a certain point, the autofocus block appears but the image remains blurry. I have tried doing a soft reset on the phone, which resulted in a clear picture for all of 1 second before it made the image all wavey and going out of focus again.

Rolling back the software is no longer an option, resetting to factory setting is also proving difficult. Is any one having a similar issue?

How can I rectify this problem?
