I ceate apple ID but it was deleted by Apple. when i sign in page icloud.com " Could not Available, Icloud is no longer available for your AppleID"?
When I sign in my iphone " This Apple ID can no longer use icloud. icloud is no longer available for your Apple ID because your account was deleted. Contact Icloud support if you have not deleted your icloud account.

i call apple but many times phone off. are there any poeple sole my problem?

You are going to the link in my above reply ? Depending upon what country that you are in (and which is therefore on your account) do you not got options for them to call you now, or to schedule a call (again they will call you) ?
