Multiple photo albums after synch

Hi,

I have synchronized a lot of photo albums to the iPhone 4S (iOS 7.1) from my Win7 PC. After a while I see a lot of copies of the albums in the photo app (e.g. 100 instead of only 30 I have synchronized), but they do not contain the original photos. Photos are spreaded arbitrary across multiple albums.

I synchronized the phone with an empty folder and deleted the "Photo Cache" folder. The I synchronized again the photo albums and everything was fine. 2 days later the albums were jumbled again (there was no synch or reboot meanwhile, just using browser and whatsapp).

How can I get that clean?
