the one-to-one page won't recognize my password; wants me to enable Java in Safari. But it is enabled. what to do?

Safari is my browser on my devices (iPad2 and iPhone4).

I try to enter my one-to-one on iPad 2, won't let me in. Tells me the problem is java in Safari - I need to enable java. It is enabled.

possibility: I tried earlier to install an app that wouldn't install with my IOS 6. the app may have caused harm. but in Safari, Java is enabled.

the only problem I have is the password for One to One won't be accepted. how come, what to do?
