Please, help to update my iPhone 6 Plus to 8.2

When I got started my new iPhone 6 Plus, there was 8.1 version of iOS. When I've started to upload the latest version I had a problem with code 4013: the iPhone couldn't be restored/ an unknown error occurred. So after that I can't turn it on or do smth else. There is the latest version of iTunes for Microsoft on my computer. What could be the problem? What do I have to do next?
