Hi, I am looking for an App to generate outlines, and then to import them into Keynote 6. OmniOutliner is great for creating outlines, but will not import into Keynote 6. Although it will import into older versions of keynote, the headings and sub-headings all appear on one slide.
Any help will be appreciated
Keynote has an outline tool: View > Outline

This is not what I need.
I want to create an outline outside of Keynote, and then import the outline into Keynote, with each heading and sub heading on a different slide.
Keynote does not have the facility to import text to create an outline.
Outline View in Keynote works perfectly.
Gary, I create outlines using a mind mapping tool such as Mindmanager or Omni Outliner. While You can use Outline view to create an outline, it is not as convenient as proper outlining / brainstorming tools. Also, once an outline has been created, using the tools above, I do not want to re-type the outline into Keynote. That leaves room for errors, and also I would have to re-create the outline hierarchy.
It seems like copying the outline from the outlining tool, and the pasting it into keynote seems like the only practical solution. Looks like I am not the only one not too happy with this solution. See K09 tip in Keynoteuser.com. Unfortunately this does not work in Keynote 6.
