Iphone 5 will not connect to wifi
Hi my iPhone 5 will not connect to the home wifi, it doesn't recognise the password.
this has not been changed and all other devises work fine.
This happened after l downloaded the new upgrade. Please help.
There are several things you can try. One is to reset your phone by holding down the home & power buttons until the screen goes black and you see the Apple logo, then letting go. You can also reset network settings under Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Reset your router by unplugging it for 30-60 seconds. Change the broadcast channel on your router. Make sure your router does not have a limit on the number of devices connected. Check to see that your device's MAC address is allowed by your router.
This is a common problem reported on this forum and it is NOT caused by the update.
