Bug depuis M.A.J Ios 8.2

Bonjour,

D'avance, merci.

Hello, I have an iPhone 6 of 6 months. It worked perfectly until the 8.2 update. Since the update, when I type a message, mail, note or other,

the screen freezes for a few seconds (2-3 ') and nothing then note what has been typing for blocking s registrant once.

This is very annoying especially since the iPhone was working without any problems.

How to downgrade an a IOS earlier version or fix this? In advance, thank you .

Sorry, downgrading the iPhone is not supported by Apple.

But there are a few things to try.

First, reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

If this does not work, and to make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.

If the phone works as before the update, restore from the latest backup. If the problem comes back, the backup data contained corrupt data, causing your issues.

If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Bonjour Ingo2711,

"First, reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again."

Mon problème a l'air d'être réglé!

Merci beaucoup...
