iphone 5 no turn on
Hello my iphone 5 will not turn me on, I get only the symbol of apple, I wanted to restore through itunes and does not recognize my phone could someone please help me?

If your iPhone will not boot past the Apple logo, then I would like you to please reinstall iOS. To do this, please follow the directions below.
If your device gets stuck during startup
When starting up, you might see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen for a long time, or your device might restart again. Try these steps:
- Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
- Put your device in recovery mode.
- When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.
Now if iTunes does not recognize your iPhon in recovery mode when you have it plugged in, then you will need to follow the troubleshooting in the article below.
