no apple can't unlock any phones on the carrier the phone is locked to can
So if i bring it to sprint then they can unlock it then i can bring it to T-mobile?
No. That's not how unlocking works. If you are a current Sprint customer in good standing, contact Sprint and request an unlock. If you are not, they can't won't do anything for you.
Then how can i use a Verizon iphone 5 under T-mobile? And not a sprint iphone 5?

Because they're different companies with different policies. simple.

So why not ask them how they did it?
Sprint is not Verizon. Get it? Understand now?
They have different unlocking policies.
Verizon - http://www.verizonwireless.com/aboutus/commitment/safety-security/device-unlocki ng-policy.html
Sprint - http://www.sprint.com/legal/unlocking_policy.html
You will see that with Sprint you have to be a customer in good standing. Therefore, if you have a Sprint locked iPhone and are not a customer, you cannot get it unlocked. Verizon's policy has no such wording.

It's amazing. I already told the OP that. Apparently they don't know how to comprehend that either.
