Q: How do I get iCloude off my back!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a new iPhone 6+, which I connected it to my PC in order to install the content of my old iPhone 4. The result was that my new iPhone's memory is 'blocked' by somthing calld 'other' which I can't delete, and it prevents installing my apps, or add anything to the device as the half of the memory is filled with 'other'.

So I decided to restore my iPhone to factory state, but I'm not able to do so, because of iCloud.

At the same time I updated my Apple ID and got verification for the update by App Store, iTunes and iCloud.

BUT. iCloud refuses to let go!!!!  Even though it verified the update, as mentioned above, still traces of the old ID are left, and all the time a popup dialog box, showing my old ID, request to put in the password, but the old ID doesn't function any more so the password doesn't work.

Please someone help me get rid of iCloud so that I can restore my iPhone and start using it.

Thanks. I've already tried it, and tried it again, and this is what I get (see bellow): This email address is not available for use as an Apple ID. You may already have an Apple ID associated with this address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID.AppleID2.PNG

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.

The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.

Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.

Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.

Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

Assuming the birth date was changed without your knowledge, I think you should consider the possibility that those Apple ID credentials have been stolen or otherwise used by someone else.

If you want to be able to reclaim that Apple ID as your own, and you are unable to attain any progress through Apple's website because it's not recognizing your birth date or other personal information matching Apple's records, your only recourse is to contact Apple using the Contact Us link. Follow Winston Churchill's instructions, and as he wrote, be patient because back-and-forth communication by email will certainly take three or four days, minimum. The only way you will ever be able to use that Apple ID again is to have a human being correct whatever is wrong.

That problem is related to your inability to restore your iPhone. If you originally configured your iPhone using that Apple ID, you will be unable to restore it and use it as your own until you get this sorted out. You have done everything you can do on your own, and you must contact Apple to correct this problem.

To keep your personal information private, never reveal your Apple ID, password, name, birth date, etc. on any public forum such as this one. I am going to ask a site Host to edit or delete the personal information you posted. As I wrote earlier you should obscure or delete that information before posting it on this site, because this site is publicly searchable. At the moment, any number of people can see your name, email, birth date, Apple ID, etc and can attempt to use them as their own. However, they won't be any more successful at that than you have been. To reclaim that Apple ID as your own, Apple will ask you other information that only you are likely to know. If they determine you are who you say you are, they will allow you to reset that account password and use it.

You know what' funny is that I got this new iPhone for my birthday.

Thank you all for trying to help.

I'm patient, it is now sveral days that I play with this triying all possible option.

I already contacted Apple suppor. someone started writing to me but than stopped for some reason this is why I stared this secion as I hoped I'll be able to resolve it without them, but as you say they are the only left posibility.

I'm an Apple fun from the first Mac's I had the Mac+, back in 1986, and since them I had several macs up to date I own an iMac. Always when you realy need Apple support I had hard time.

    Thanks again

    Happy belated birthday, then.

Contact Apple again and explain the circumstances. As you can imagine this can be a significant hassle to fix. It's quite likely that someone else is using that Apple ID, either innocently or with malicious intent. Look at it from that perspective, and consider that is what Apple will be doing when you contact them. They have ways of confirming your identity, but they don't reveal those techniques.
