Sometimes, if your spread sheet is simple, copy your data, paste it into a text editor that searches by line and remove the offending lines. Then paste it back into your spreadsheet. It is handy if you are dealing with large data sets that you want to clean up.


Textwrangler is free and lets you identify and remove lines with a search pattern
