I have a spreadsheet with the words "current occupants". I want to FIND ALL and delete all the rows that contain those words with one click.
If the words "current occupants" are the only words in the cell then sort the table by that column. Select all the cells (which will be grouped together after the sort), then use the contextual row menu and select "Delete Selected Rows"

So you don't want to delete column a, just columns b,c,d,e?
I want to find all Current Occupants by using find. Then once it selects all Current Occupants, I also want to delete the cells next to it (Owner's Mailing List, Owner's City etc etc etc).
I tried using find and deleting all Current Occupants but then it messes up the cells, keeping all the info next to Current Occupant intact.
Sort by column
once all the rows with current occupant are sequential, click the first cell of the area (top-left corner) you want to erase, then hold the shift key and click the last cell (bottom-right corner), then type the delete key
single click "X1", then hold the shift key and click "X2", then type the delete key
Sometimes, if your spread sheet is simple, copy your data, paste it into a text editor that searches by line and remove the offending lines. Then paste it back into your spreadsheet. It is handy if you are dealing with large data sets that you want to clean up.
Textwrangler is free and lets you identify and remove lines with a search pattern

Use Wayne's method here. Then select the rows you want to delete, click the little triangle and dekete selected rows.
