Apple Wireless Keyboard - some keys not working

I have an Apple wireless keyboard and suddenly there are 4 keys on the keyboard that are not responding. Is this a fault with the keyboard or a software issue?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Thanks Braden, I had already tried everything suggested on the Apple Support website. It hasn't solved the problem so I would suspect it is a keyboard fault. I have also unpaired it and paired it again and that hasn't worked either.
