Music Deleting

why is my music being deleted overtime i simply try to put a song on it is beyond frustrating especially that apple tries to be so user friendly but they are almost the exact opposite with all these hidden tabs under settings and iCloud i want an answer from a Apple representative because this is ******* rediculous the second time I've had to restore and lost important convos and photos, figure it the **** out apple this seems like a Mickey Mouse problem too how is this even happening?!

Realize this forum is intended for user to user support. At best any reply you see from an Apple community support specialist will probably be links to online documentation. If you really want direct Apple assistance and have something that is covered by Applecare you may be able to get free assistance by availing yourself of that service. I believe phone support out of warranty carries a fee.

That said, it would help to get a more complete description of the issue. I don't even see from what bit of technology the music is being deleted. A mobile device? A computer? I'm guessing the former. It seems you may need assistance with syncing your device. I can't help you there (I synced an iPod once, back in 2007) but if you post a clear description of what is happening then somebody else is more likely to do more than pass this topic by. 🙂

It seems pretty clear that I am talking about music being deleted off of a device, I've seen many forums discussing the same issue and no solution, I thought maybe on the actual Apple page that would be the best spot to get some kind of answer, it isn't a syncing issue it is the fact that upon plugging the phone into my mac and trying to upload songs on to the device they are all removed, however Apple doesn't really seem to give much a **** about any of these forums if they are leaving user's to support each other, how about an actually formulated response from an Apple representative.
