If I have 'optimize storage' enabled in iCloud Photo Library, will photos sent via email be full (original) resolution, or reduced (optimized) resolution? Additionally, if I choose to now use a third party cloud storage, but already have optimize storage enabled, will old photos upload to the third party storage full resolution, or reduced resolution (as they are now stored in my phone this way).
