Hi everyone. My daughter rented a movie in iTunes and the download was interrupted. I can now no longer find the purchase even though when I go to rent it again I am told that I have already rented it. This is not the first time this has happened.

Have you looked in iTunes on your Mac: Movies>Unwatched?

Also, under the Store option you can look for "Available Downloads"

I take it you have also already rebooted the Mac and checked both places after the reboot? Signed out of iTunes and back in?

I think your best bet at this point, then, would be to contact iTunes Support:

iTunes Support WorldWide

Hopefully they will be able to straighten this out for you.
