Q: ipad air 2 sound failure, speaker and headphones no sound

I just get my replacement of ipad air 2 today, the first ipad AIR 2 was having a home button error, so they give me a replacement, and yet this replacement ipad air 2 is having another problem of “sound failure”, both speaker and headphones did not function. the ipad is not muted.
